My grandson, Andrew Rife Buchanan, is two years old. He has a head full of curly blond hair. He is adorable.

And, he says the cutest things. This past week, when we were with him in New York, at a restaurant, he let out a blood-curdling scream, for no reason other than he can do it. Everyone anywhere near us in the restaurant immediately looked our way. I said "Andrew, you've got to stop screaming like that." He immediately responded by saying "I wove (love) doing dat!"

Andrew's mother, my daughter, Laura, told me that Andrew loves the songs from the movie "Newsies." One line about selling newspapers says the newsies need a "good assassination, or an earthquake or a war, a crooked politician, hey, stupid, that's not news no more."

Not long ago at pre-school which his mother was teaching, Andrew called her name until he got her attention--and then he said "Hey, Mom, we need a dood (good) assassination."

Such a cute little guy!
